All filtration units are protected with multilayer cushioning and moisture-proof sheeting before export. Drum filters and settlers are shipped with pre-assembled core components; rotating parts, pumps, and sensors are packed separately to avoid transit stress. Units exceeding 1.5m³ are reinforced with treated plywood crates and galvanized steel framing, suitable for sea container stacking.

Shipping & Container Loading
YUTANK regularly consolidates RAS orders for overseas hatcheries, optimizing loading plans for 20ft/40ft HQ containers. For example, up to 4 standard-size box drum filters can be loaded in a 20ft container with full protection. We support both FOB and CIF terms, with flexible port options in South China or third-country transshipment for restricted regions.

Lead Time & Production Capacity
Standard lead time is 12–18 working days after deposit confirmation. Bulk orders for filters (≥10 units) may require up to 25 days, subject to material availability. Our in-house CNC cutting and welding teams allow for parallel production of mechanical and biofiltration units, ensuring system-level delivery alignment.

Components exposed to saltwater—such as mesh screens and floats—are selected for corrosion resistance.
