Packaging
Each biological filtration tank is individually wrapped using stretch film and reinforced corner guards. For international shipments, units are placed in fumigated wooden crates or heavy-duty pallet bases to prevent deformation or puncture during transit. All inlets/outlets are sealed with flange covers or PE bags to protect against dust and moisture.

Loading & Container Use
Tanks are nested where size permits, and vertical stacking is used for small-to-medium models to optimize cubic efficiency. A 20GP can typically load 10–15 units (1.5m³–2.5m³ range) depending on tank taper and attachments. For full RAS system integration, coordinated loading with other components like bio-media, pumps, and control boxes is available on request.
